Assalamualaikum. Emm it has been a long time my blog dead and becoming internet scrap.. Oh.. sorry for that.. Not because lack of time, but the desire to post had fade.. So, this can be considered as comeback.. I believe the audience want something fresh and new and original.. And something like that is hard to find.. So, here it is..

This time, under the label rider's profile, I am going to share my experience climbing the famous Broga Hill in Semenyih.. For those who know they will not be astonished with the crowd of a peaceful country side, Broga especially during the weekends. Its like there is something fascinating waiting for them there.. (to me gold is fascinating)

Yeah, its the hill.. Broga Hill.. It is not because of it's height, but because of the panorama it gives for people who dare to climb.. So, drive your car or ride your motorcycle there as soon as you perform the Subuh prayer.. Dont be late, because you will miss the sun rise.. And they say it is a very beautiful scene for you to see if your timing is good.. (provided the weather is clear)

Park your car anywhere along the road side and walk to the oil palm plantation.. You also can park your car inside the plantation and have a shorter distance of walking.. But in the end, you will find an old 'nyonya' waiting at the entrance and smiling at you.. Every smile is not free and you have to pay RM2 for it..

OK, let us not wasting our time there and pursuit our mission to the top.. It is not a long journey, just about 1.8 km to get to the top.. Rumors has it, that 'nyonya' at the entrance with RM2 smile climbs the hill everyday.. So, it is a humiliation if young people cant get to the top.. It is an easy path at first, but later becomes harder as you proceed to the peak.. (I have to lie to make the story interesting) Actually the journey is easy.. But beware, some area might really2 slippery.

If you really aim for the peak, it will take about an hour depends on the traffic.. But I took more time than anyone.. Because I am enjoying taking photos. Grass, hills, mountain and people.. After reaching the peak of the hill, one may continue his/her journeys to the Gunung Tok Wan.. My crew and I went up there.. It is not hard to get to the top.. If you want a hiking experience, find other mountains.. You walk for another 3.1km just to reach the 680m mountain.. Broga Hill's peak is already 450m height.. So you just ascending about 250m.. Besides there is nothing to be seen.. No scenery.. No waterfall, river.. Nothing, just a sign board saying that you are at the peak of 680m mountain..

Not many trees around at the Broga Hill, only grasses.. Green and yellow.. Sometimes already brown.. So, to avoid sunburns, better get down before 12.. And if you are tired, there are few people selling foods and drinks down the hill.

I think not much to say, you better go there by yourselves and see.. Dont forget to bring your camera..

Assalamualaikum. Emm had been a long time since my last post.. Today, I want the readers to have a look to one tupical situation in a public hall.. This was taken months ago and here the depth of my laziness to publish is shown after 5 months i took these pictures using my beloved handphone which is bestowed with 8mp camera at her back.. Huh.. huh..

I was there in the hall that Saturday, to take my uncle 'monthly gift' from the welfare.. Its a long list of people came here.. Many of them are elderly and OKUs.. Or we also can find many widows here.. They were gathering in the hall to get their RM300.00.. Wow a lot of money.? Especially now where inflation is rising to the moon and the price of goods and foods are sky high..

There is nothing wrong with the amount given.. They should be grateful because at least they get some money to continue their journey before they reach the pull stop.. But the annoying thing is, because of the lack of system from the welfare people made these respectful golden age people have to wait long every month before getting their money.. Its very pity.. Please do not get angry, because this is a natural phenomenon when we are dealing with the government servants..

They have a nice trend to work slowly because procrastination is what they had been taught by their senior.. So, they inherit generation by generation and it became their symbol of heritage.. We might not seeing this if we go to the banks or any firms that is own by private company.. They will try their best to serve their customers..

In their mind, if I am not up to the standard, I will be kicked out.. It is in contrary to the most of the government servants, in their mind, whatever I do, I will be here.. That is why, we can see them talking in harmony at the stall or restaurant with their uniform.. I even see them at cyber-cafe playing game.. How did I know.? Because they pay me to teach them how to play a certain game.. Huhu, that is the advantage of being a gamerz like me.. And sometimes I even see them playing bowling happily.. In my mind, they were very good at finishing their jobs so the can play games for hours..

Huh.. huh.. I am not going to type a little longer because my finger got fatigue.. But the point is, whenever we got responsibility, please do not make people lost their trust to us.. Allah always know what ever we do, even everything in our mind.. Please do our responsibility.. Till the next posting.. (I dont know how many years)

Emm I was on the verge of coming back to my highly rated place Skudai.. Thanks to my fellow friend Hazim for giving me a sonic riding experience to get here.. Hope you will score in your exam.. The bus will departed at 1800.. I still have more than 1 and half hour of precious time to kill.. Anyway I am not a murderer..

I kept wandering and wandering, why I am here in the bus station where in other places my friends were already home.? The answer is simple, its all back to my laziness that doing its job well as a hindrance to my plan.. Even Sobrie and his wife were already in Terengganu since Thursday.. Thanks to his super ultimate Saga that is comparable to my legendary bike..

While waiting to Asar prayer at 1645, I sat in a bench near the surau.. I wondered why there are so many people heading to the stadium that evening.. I kept thinking in my mind.. Somehow I heard a voice from a man. "Malaysia or Korea.?" he said to a couple.. Now I remembered that evening a match between Malaysia U23 against Korea's Olympic will be held shortly.. Suddenly many more sellers came and place their products which I think were the clone from each others in the floor..

There were mufflers, banners, fancy hats and the most attracting thing which is a small trumpet.. I believe it is not vuvuzuela which are the infamous toys during the Africa 2010 World Cup.. You will not going to believe the sound produce by the trumpet is so loud as you were putting your ear in the mouth of a trombone in a marching band.. The price was RM15 at that time and you will never get anything less than that in the next seller as the goods were all clone..

Than another man came and got a customers in just a second leaving the other women who were already there got the feeling of temperament.. "Eh, you just arrived and than took our customer." burst one of the women.. The man smiled and said "The spirit of loving our country is already instilled in our heart.. So we must work hand by hand to deliver our spirit to the others." All saleswoman there became annoyed with his joke.. I laughed at them.. At first I wanted to take my camera but there was a little memory in my brilliant brain that reminding me that my camera is out of battery.. Never worry as the heroes will always have their alternatives..

Assalamualaikum. Emm oh, after awhile, again we meet.. Actually I am really busy after the semester break.. Paediatric posting suppose to be my heaven if USiM prepare it at least in the modest way they can give.. In the end we were happy after a vacation to the hell for 8 weeks.. Anything happened in the past 8 weeks will never bleach my determination to become a paediatrician in the future.. But no one know where the future lies.. This is not the story of my paediatric posting, this is all about experience I got few days before I enter the paediatric ward..

As usual, you have to look for the title to get at least a frame (if you are too slow to get the picture) of what I am going to tell in this post.. 'Jumping mid-wife'.. What is mid-wife.? Is there full wife.? Half wife.? Quarter wife.? Actually there is no such thing.. Especially as a muslim, a wife is a wife and must do her jobs as a wife to help the husband in creating a peaceful, 'productive' islamic family according to the Islamic teaching.. Okay let me tell you.. Mid-wife is a kind of nurse that has the knowledge and skills in conducting and assisting delivery.. Although it is not a specialty, at least they know how to do it better than the other nurses especially ICU nurses and OT nurses..

In my obstetric posting 6 months back, I met many people.. One of them is Kak Su, a mid-wife in Hospital Ampang labour room.. Labour room is not a room for those Indonesian, Burmese or Vietnamese who works in the construction field.. It is a place for mothers to deliver their baby.. Fathers also can be there to vomit, black-out and cry at least if they are not able to help..

Back to Kak Su, she is a friend of mine.. She taught and helped me a lot to conduct the deliveries.. Not to show off, but USiM medical students have to conduct at least 15 deliveries.. No other universities in Malaysia force their students to conduct more than 10 deliveries.. And it is not a phenomenon for you to see the attachment students from Russia or Ukraine become really proud to touch the placenta and the umbilical cord..

She seemed okay with it.. The next thing I have to do is to get another camera to make my job easier.. Within a split second I found the target, Rahimie.. He is a fourth year students with D90 DSLR (digital single lense reflex) camera.. It is a complicated matter because the camera is really precious to him as he love it more than his six pads abdomen.. But as the MPP's bureau of welfare.. He seems concerned of my problem and lent me his babes.. I promised to give him RM30 for it.. I saved more than RM70 for something alike..

When the time came, I rode my beloved motorcycle to Kuala Pilah.. Its a very long journey which took about one and a half hour by my super fast bike.. There, I have no time to waste and I began my duty.. I did my job quite well for a beginner.. Beside, I never follow people doing this.. As a loner, I had difficulty in adjusting the famous D90.. I always remembered Rahimie as he kept mentioning about the price of his babes if something happen.. Luckily nothing goes wrong that day..The best thing is, we went for outdoor in Ulu Bendul a famous recreation park in Negeri Sembilan.. I like the place and the couple is really co-operative.. The husband is really 'slumber'.. I don't mean he is sleepy.. I mean he is a cool guy.. Therefore its not hard for me to ask for the pose I wanted.. Actually I just pretended as I know the suitable pose for them.. But who knows.? It really works..

Assalamualaikum. Emm we meet again after a while.. The crucial time has passed.. Now the regrouping has almost finish.. Though we might not see big change in the group reconstitution, but I finally must admit that I am really satisfy with my new partners.. How lovely.. We might see people transferring from a group to the others.. It is whether the group is ill or the person him or herself is not well.. Anyhow, I am feeling better and I hope I am free from diseases for the upcoming years thanks to Prof Burhan our beloved lecturer.. If you love him..The topic is futura.! a fancy word of future I think.. Actually it is one of the typeface.. If you familiar with Microsoft Word.. Day by days we are getting older and older.. This is nature of living things.. Even non-living things getting older.. I believe if I am fortunate enough to pursue my study and continue working.. I will be back to USiM.. Of course this is not guaranteed.. But if not in USiM, any universities which is needing my assistance.. I believe there will be one..They say, if you work in a university as a medical lecturer, you will have better chance to continue your study and become a specialist even faster than those who works in the KKM (Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia) hospital.. Oh I like it.. And for a new medicine faculty as USiM or UDM, the rate is faster than Ferrari.. How lovely..

But the thing is, I have met a horde of housemen and even a specialist which refused to get into the university.. The main reason is they hate teaching and even don't want to try.. Its up to them.. So, now we knew that a medical lecturer especially the one who teach clinical student will have 2 works to do.. They have to look for patients and their students.. And where will any lecturer in university will go, if they don't publish any research.? The answer is nowhere.. So now they will have at least 3 jobs to do.. I am not going to use the word 'slave', but they will be burdened with patients, students and research..

Again another but, I also met few doctors which love to work in the university.. Their willingness is appreciated.. They said, though you are only to look for your patients if you work under KKM, the tension and pressure is unBEARable.. BEAR in mind, tension and pressure is not really the same if you study physic well.. And if you work in small hospital or Klinik Kesihatan, these 2 forces (tension and pressure) will be doubled or tripled..So, now you can see, anyone is under pressure.. My advise is, if we can not withstand pressure we don't have to live.. Even a postman or farmer have their very own test from Allah.. It is the matter of how we handle it.. In Islamic teaching or out of the straight highway to the dead end.. Its up to you to choose, but to do my duty as missionary, I will always remind you to follow what Islam had teach us.. Only Islam will safe its disciples..

Assalamualaikum. Emm it has been a while before I can jot the final episode of I love my junior.. People are getting busy to create a better group that suit them well.. For me, anyone can be my partners.. And for those who are not interested to be my partner, who cares.. This sok.. sek.. about the new groups made my morale a little bit reduce.. But today, after I read Yusof mail and Hadi's younger sister's blog, suddenly the aroma and aura of enthusiasm came surrounding me.. To both of them they should receive my humble salute as gratitude..

This happened, because our new coordinator, Dato' Mahmud is a very good and well known person created the questions in a manner that we must understand the care of a patient in great details.. Many of our friends succumbed this exam.. This is where, a bunch of C rated students created.. But because the medical posting is as easy as ABC, these C rated students came back in a fashion to score.. Alhamdulillah

One particular thing in surgical posting which might haunting you is, the equipment and apparatus.. You MUST be alert to everything surround you because there will be a lot of thing which are so weird and you might not see this thing again when you go to the other posting.. In Ampang, there is Miss Aishah (already married).. Oh forgot to say, because we are following the Englishman, this might be one of the culture left by the invader, every male surgeon has initial Mr. instead of doctor.. Example: an orthpaedic surgeon from USiM, Mr. Burhan.. (He is very famous with the nick name of Mr. Borb).. Same goes to female surgeon, they are call Miss..
Okay, in Ampang, Miss Aishah is the head of department.. She is a very dedicated and skillful surgeon.. Any type of surgery, especially breast surgery is where she adept in.. You must follow her ward round because she will ask you so many things, and if you always answer her questions and managed to attract her, (remember she is a good friend of Prof Burhan) your carry marks will be better than the others.. Believe me..

In surgery, I don't think you have to buy the Oxford pocket book because I found it not worthy or shall I say useless to buy except you want to complete all the Oxford pocket collection.. I suggest you look for Indian book.. The language are simpler and they teach you by their understanding not by silly bus huhu.. Again this is just a suggestion..


In both medical and surgical posting, you have a log book to be filled.. Of course they have marks (10).. You might see a bunch of monkey might get so exited to take blood, to do this and that.. It is compulsory for me to remind you, that a patient in the hospital is already in pain.. Please think about them.. You must learn it carefully before you start to take blood.. You may ask your friend to take your blood first and then you know how it feel.. If you are not sure or confidence, please use 'look and see' policy first.. This is where your communication skills is tested.. For those who have higher or better communication skills, they can get much procedures to be done from the nurses and HOs..

Assalamualaikum. Emm as promised, I will continue my post entitle I love my junior part2.. In this post, I will tell you about medical posting which all of us will encounter in year 4,5 and 6.. But because I only had passed the year 4, therefore my elaboration will only up to the year 4.. Not more than that.. If you want more, you may ask the 1st batch, or you can ask me next year.. (if pass the year 5)They say, medical or medicine is the toughest among all in the clinical years.. You have to read a lot and one even might remember Prof. Kannan's face when they read the medicine book. It might be true in real life as you become a real doctor when you want to become a medicine specialist.. (ask Dr. Aziz) But, in year 4, actually the medical posting along with community health posting are among the easiest posting where you can score.. Why.?

1. The question is only for common problem.. (common things are common)
2. Pray to get Dato' Zul, Dr. Rosaida or Dr. Mano as your examiner.. You are one step ahead to pass
3. If you take your exam in Ampang, you are one step ahead to pass because most of the examiner are very lenient.. (those from UKM and Hospital Ampang)
4. A host of skillfull doctors from HUKM are there to teach you..
5. The questions will be asked already been discussed in class by Dato' Zul.. (take not

Seriously although you might see fewer cases in Ampang, you will like Ampang much more than Temerloh.. In Temerloh there are a lot of cases and even the rare one to be studied.. Grab this chance.. However be careful as in Temerloh the Aids and TB patients are everywhere.. Where glove and mask.!

In Ampang the tales is a little bit different.. I hope you will not involve in it.. The 2 consultants, Dr. Mano and Dr. Rosaida are quarreling cat and dog.. One is a very good and dedicated person where she lost her position as the head of department to Dr. Mano (by politic in hospital).. It is very interesting to follow the chronicle between them..
